Credits still not received

This isn't the first time I've donated credits and the receiver never got them.

Why have such a stupid rule about credits.We should be able to donate whatever credits we like to whoever we like.
We earn our credits we should be able to spend them how we like.

I donated 500 to someone few months back and they never got them and you said you would do it that night but you didn't.

MrJack123 has still not got his which I donated yesterday and you said you would moderate them last night and still you haven't.
