I have played the video poker and the black jack on this casino and after about 3 games on each it takes your credits and just does nothing when is this going to be fixed it has been like this for ever

The problem is with YOUR computer.

You need to go to www.Java.com and update.

a very small percentage of our users (probably less than 50 in total from nearly 6,000) have had this problem.

As RIPstu has suggested, best thing to do is make sure your java client is totally up to date, it seems to fix most issues.

i donot understand the problem with java i have the most up to date version of java acording to the java provider and i still get this problem. as a matter of fact im sitting in black jack with a 100 chip bet and a 21 dealer refuses to deal and i am waiting for my winning's. i find this hapens when u bet larger than 25 chips.

when do you plan to fix this problem? and what do u plan to do with the chips that are stolen from random accounts due to a mistake not accountable for wrong java version?

They're PokerFreerollPasswords credits.

They have no cash value.

They can only be used to buy passwords.

You earn credits when you sell passwords and/or post in a thread.

Whining and complaining and calling the site 'thieves' just makes YOU look like a jackass.

i didnt mean to call any one thieves .... lol they are freely given .... yes i do see where i said the word stole. guess i could have used diffrent wording. like not given to me when i bet them and won the bet

however the fact the chips wernt given was only a small part to what i was saying..... main point was my java is completly up to date and i cannot update it any more to fix the problem beacause an update dosent exist. yet i am still having this problem. any outher ideas to quell it?

Just to clerify things im not talking about quelling the chips .

Then you probably have a bunch of Java consoles operating simultaneously.

How many browser windows, poker sites, chat/messenger programs, email programs, etc do you have running at the same time?

lol ftp and about 6 tournys phapsody virus scanner firewall aim 3 or 4 websites for freeroll passwords ect. humm why didnt i think of that :P
